hlth started with a question asked over a family dinner: why does the best food our country grows end up on shelves abroad, while the "superfood" aisle at home fills up with imports? India already grows chia, flax, aged basmati and some of the sweetest fruit on earth. It just rarely gets the credit, or the label it deserves.

We are HLTH Foods India, based in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. We buy seeds, grains, fruit and milk directly from farming families across eight states, process everything in our own facility, and print the honest numbers (protein, fibre, GI) right on the front of the pack, where the marketing fluff usually goes.

No imported "superfoods". No vague promises. Just Indian farms, Indian food, and the data to back every word.
