Chapter 1 · The steel dabba

Open any grandmother's kitchen shelf and you'll find it: the battered steel dabba of roasted seeds, the winter til laddoos, dahi set fresh every evening, jamun bought by the kilo each June because "sugar ke liye achha hai." Indian kitchens were running superfood pantries decades before the word was invented. Nobody called it a trend. It was just Tuesday.

Chapter 2 · The label that lied

Then walk down a supermarket aisle today. Imported chia at triple the price of the crop growing three states away. Shiny packs shouting "immunity" with no number in sight. The farmer's name nowhere on anything. Somewhere between the farm gate and the shelf, India's food lost its story, and the people who grew it lost their share.

Chapter 3 · The promise

So hlth does two things without exception. We buy directly from growing families at above-mandi rates, and we print the evidence (GI values, protein, fibre) on the front of every pack. Dadi's wisdom, the lab's numbers, the farmer's fair share. That's the whole brand.
